Order Processing

Orders received by LedgeGoods Store are given immediate attention. We prepare and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days, counting Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays observed in the United States. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are typically sent out the same business day. As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send you an email confirmation that includes a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.

Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are not covered by the purchase price or shipping fees.

Address Changes

To update your shipping address, please email us with your order number within 1 hour of placing your order. We will make every effort to honor requests received after that window, but once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that the address can still be changed.
